Scheduling conflict requests must be submitted prior to April 1st.

* Each team may submit up to two requests maximum.
* Rescheduling considerations will be made only if the majority of the team members are unavilable.
* There is no assurance that rescheduling requests will be accommodated. In the event that the request cannot be accommodated the game will be recorded as a forfeit.
* All requests will undergo a review process by OGSA staff
