All teams must have a completed roster on www.tournamentusasoftball.com in order to receive 2 free softballs at tournament check-in.
To qualify as a “completed roster”, your “Player List/Roster” must have all current players listed and be “submitted” for this event.
ALL COACHES ARE REQUIRED to have completed the following training items for 2021.
- Background Check – www.registerusasoftball.com
- Safe Sport Certification (print or screen shot certificate) – www.registerusasoftball.com
- Concussion Training (print or screen shot certificate) – Heads Up Concussion Training
This is a USA event and is open to any USA Softball registered team. Non-USA Softball teams will require a $35 USA team registration fee valid thru 08/31/21.
All Teams are required to have insurance coverage (see downloads for more information)
Gate Fee – $5.00 Adults – $3.00 Seniors (55+) Kids (12-17)

Rainout Policy: If 75% of games are played, there will be no refunds. Any refunds will be issued based on the number of games a team played. If no games are played, a $25.00 administration fee will be withheld from the refund.
Team Drop Policy: If a team drops before the registration deadline has passed there will be a full refund. If a team drops on Sunday before the tournament there will be a $50 admin fee assessed and balance will be refunded. If a team drops on Monday before the tournament or later there will be no refund as the schedule will already be in process.
