Olathe Girls Softball Association (OGSA) is a not for profit corporation based in Olathe, Kansas, which operates in partnership with the city of Olathe. OGSA operates two complexes with a total of twelve fields, and is governed by a volunteer board of directors and its bylaws.

OGSA promotes the game of fastpitch softball in many ways including:

  • Offering spring/summer league play from April to July.
  • Offering fall league play from September to October.
  • Hosting 16 USA Softball sanctioned tournaments per year.
  • Hosting numerous camps and clinics for both athletes and coaches.

OGSA was founded in 1974 to give female athletes of Olathe, KS an opportunity to play Fast Pitch Softball. This Association has continued to grow and through countless Hours of Volunteers has grown to the largest Association in the Midwest. “Something for Everyone” has been the ongoing Mission for OGSA.

OGSA is the largest youth sports program in the Midwest which welcomes more than 100,000 people to our complexes annually. Nearly 800 teams compete in over 2,500 games that are played on OGSA fields each year. OGSA serves more than 2,000 members locally ranging from 5 to 18 years of age, and hosts teams for tournament play from throughout the United States.
